  • Publication number: 20240140062
Abstract: The invention relates to a pressing system, including a press having a first pressing tool and a second pressing tool. The first pressing tool and the second pressing tool being movable relative to one another to form a working space. A workpiece, a pressure generating device for generating a pressure curve acting on the workpiece in the working space, a temperature generating device for generating a temperature curve acting on the workpiece in the working space the workpiece running through an elongation curve (DVW) depending on the pressure curve acting in the working space and on the temperature curve acting in the working space. The first pressing tool and the second pressing tool running through a respective elongation curve (DVP1, DVP2) depending on the pressure curve acting in the working space and on the temperature curve acting in the working space, wherein the first pressing tool and/or the second pressing tool are designed such that their elongation curve (DVP1, DVP2) deviates by no more than 3.

  • Publication number: 20240124960
Abstract: A cast iron material and methods for using same are disclosed, as well as a method for producing and/or lining a mould. The cast iron material has a change in length at temperatures of ?60° C. to 440° C., more particularly in the temperature range from 0° C. to 420° C., which change in length is as small as possible or as similar as possible to that of carbon fibre reinforced polymer or glass-fibre reinforced plastic. The cast iron material has at least the following proportions in percent by weight as elements or as compounds of carbon in the range from approximately 1.5% to 4.0%, silicon in the range from approximately 1.0% to 5.0%, manganese in the range from approximately 0.1% to 1.5%, nickel in the range from approximately 36.5% to 48.0%, chrome in the range from approximately 0.01 to 0.25%, phosphorus to approximately 0.08%, copper to approximately 0.5%, magnesium to approximately 0.150%, the remainder being iron and unavoidable impurities.

  • Patent number: 4324366
Abstract: A control system for automatically regulating a spray gun paint pressure in which an ideal pressure value is represented by a current flow in a collection line and the real pressure value is represented by a voltage signal that sets a voltage to current transducer via which the collector line current flows. A bypass resistor is connected to the collection line across the inputs of a differential amplifier in a control circuit that controls a supply and exhaust valve for the spray gun paint pressure. As collector line current flows via the voltage to current transducer decreases consistent with the real pressure value being reduced relative to the ideal pressure value, increased current flows via the bypass resistor, thereby increasing the voltage potential across the inputs of the differential amplifier to cause the control circuit to operate the supply valve and accordingly increase the real pressure value to the level of the ideal pressure value.
