The holding devices are configured such that they can be displaced relative to one another for the purpose of format adjustment. The chain gripper system has a sprocket drive shaft and a sprocket deflection shaft for the chains of the chain gripper system. Here, provision is made for both the sprocket drive shaft and the sprocket deflection shaft to have a clutch.
