  • Patent number: 11912473
Abstract: Provided is a package made of a composite material is represented and described, including a package base with two front base corners and with two rear base corners, a package gable with two front gable corners and with two rear gable corners, and a package base body with a front panel, a first side panel, a second side panel and a rear panel. The package base and the package gable are arranged on opposite sides of the package base body. The composite material has a polymer inner layer, a polymer outer layer and a fibrous support layer, which is arranged between the polymer outer layer and the polymer inner layer. In order to enable the manufacture of packages with even more complex geometries without impairing the rigidity of the package, it is proposed to provide a third sleeve fold line, which has a plurality of sections, which each adjoin a side panel and the rear panel, and of which at least one section is curved.

  • Patent number: 4896617
Abstract: The invention concerns a blind stitch sewing machine with an oscillating fabric deflector to make the sewing material bulge into the arcuate path of the arc needle. The minimum spacing of the deflector relative to the arc needle can be adjusted in relation to the thickness of the sewing material detected by a sewing material sensor. A stepping motor is provided to adjust this minimum spacing. A stepping motor control circuit is connected to the sewing material sensor, and to a contact pickup for the arc needle and fabric deflector, the stepping motor being controlled in such a manner that, upon a control circuit start signal, it moves into a particular start position and proceeds during the ensuing sewing by one step per stitch reducing the minimum spacing of the fabric deflector until the contact pickup emits a contact signal relative to the arc needle and the fabric deflector during a measurement window signal.

  • Patent number: 4718365
Abstract: The blind-stitch sewing machine includes a fabric bender adjustable between a sewing position wherein the material being sewn will bulge into the arcuate trajectory of the arc needle and a release position allowing the material to be sewn to be inserted and respectively the material having been sewn to be removed, this adjustment being effected through a rocker shaft. This rocker shaft cooperates with a stop defining the sewing position of the fabric bender. The stop is adjustable for setting the stitch-depth of the arc needle into the particular material to be sewn in order to assure a corresponding distance of the fabric bender in the sewing position from the trajectory of the arc needle.

  • Patent number: 4557205
Abstract: A fur sewing machine having a blower device connected with a source of compressed air which deflects the fur hairs of the material to be sewn during sewing. The connecting line between the source of the compressed air and the blower contains a heating device which heats the compressed air. A mechanism for controlling the air flow and the heater is also provided.

  • Patent number: 4442616
Abstract: An ironing table has a hollow table top (1) and a blower (11) arranged thereunder. The blower is connected to the table by a pivotable buffle (25), a helical housing (14), and a fixed orifice (12) located in a bottom section of said table. The top of the housing includes a suction orifice (12) and a pressure orifice (13). The blower and its housing are supported on rails (20) and may be displaced between two positions where the blower either applies a pressure or suction force to the surface of the table.

  • Patent number: 4274214
Abstract: An apparatus for pressing cloth with a heated iron has a surface for supporting a cloth or other material to be pressed, one or more fans for moving air over the ironing surface by suction or by blowing and a switch for controlling electricity that drives the fan. The switch has a first capacitor which is disposed below and in front of the ironing surface. The switch is shaped to the outline of the ironing surface. A second capacitor having a semi-cylindrical cross-section is disposed between the first capacitor and the ironing surface.
