  • Publication number: 20110076160
Abstract: A control device for a hydraulic piston machine with a variable flow rate averaged over time has a plurality of pistons each defining a working chamber with a changeable value and connectable to high-pressure and low-pressure line via first and second valves actuable in an electric fashion, and an electronic control unit operating the valves in several modes, so that the valves can be operatable only in the partial stroke mode, or in the partial stroke mode and in the idle stroke mode, or in the partial stroke mode and in the full stroke mode, or in the way that all three modes are used on a limited number of working chambers and only the idle stroke and the full stroke modes are used on the remaining working chambers.

  • Patent number: 7784278
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic drive, comprising a hydraulic cylinder (1), divided into a first operating pressure chamber (4) and a second operating pressure chamber (5), by an operating piston (3). The hydraulic drive further comprises a closed hydraulic circuit (39), with a first hydraulic pump (43), connected to the first operating pressure chamber (4) via a first working line (7), by means of a first connector (10) and to the second operating pressure chamber (5) via a second working line (13), by means of a second connector (12). In addition, an open hydraulic circuit (40) is provided, with a second hydraulic pump (8), connected to the first operating pressure chamber (4), by means of a third connector (11). A fourth connector (14) on the second hydraulic pump (8) is connected to a hydraulic reservoir element (75).

  • Publication number: 20100000401
Abstract: An axial piston machine having a control plate and a cylinder drum rotating relative to the control plate. The control plate rubs or slides on a second sliding side of the cylinder drum via a first sliding side. One of the sliding sides has a carbon-containing layer.

  • Publication number: 20090031892
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydrostatic piston engine (1) which is based on the floating cup principle and comprises a first swash plate (16) and as well as a second swash plate (17). A first cylinder drum unit (11, 14) rests against the first swash plate while a second cylinder drum unit (12, 15) leans on the second swash plate (17). A first group of pistons (10) and a second group of pistons (12) are connected in a fixed manner to a drive shaft (5) of the hydrostatic piston engine (1). The first group of pistons (10) engages into the cylinder cavities of the first cylinder drum unit (11, 14) while the pistons (12) of the second group engage into cylinder cavities of the second cylinder drum unit (12, 15). The first and second cylinder chambers embodied by the pistons (10, 12) and the cylinder drum units (11, 14; 12, 15) can be connected to a first hydraulic circuit and a second hydraulic circuit, respectively.

  • Patent number: 7458312
Abstract: The invention relates to an axial piston machine having a first group of pistons (34.1) for delivering into a first hydraulic circuit and a second group of pistons (34.2) for delivering into a second hydraulic circuit. The pistons (34.1) of the first group and the pistons (34.2) of the second group are supported on a common slanted swash plate (37?) and the slanted swash plate (37?) can be slanted to a first swivel axis (55) in order to regulate a first delivery volume of the first group of pistons (34.1) in the first hydraulic circuit (55) and to a second swivel axis (56) in order to regulate a second delivery volume of the second group of pistons (34.2) in the second hydraulic circuit.

  • Publication number: 20080250920
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydrostatic piston machine (1) having a drive shaft (2) which passes through a cylinder-drum unit. Cylindrical clearances (18, 19) are disposed in said cylinder-drum unit. Pistons (16, 17), which are disposed in a displaceable manner in said cylinder clearances (18, 19), are connected to the drive shaft (2) in a torsion-proof manner. The cylinder-drum unit is centred on a bearing (32, 32?) provided on the drive shaft (2). Said cylinder-drum unit consists of a cylinder drum (20, 21) having a number of cylindrical clearances (18, 19) constructed therein.
