  • Publication number: 20230112768
Abstract: A cannula arrangement includes a cannula support and a cannula held thereon. A distal flow-through channel end section of a flow-through channel of the cannula support has a stepped cross-sectional shape as seen in axial section, with multiple mutually different cross-sectional dimensions decreasing in the axial direction. Each one of the cross-sectional dimensions defines its own receiving section for the respective cannula to be received therein. Each one of the cross-sectional dimensions of the receiving sections is embodied to receive the cannula with a corresponding cross-sectional cannula dimension in each case.

  • Patent number: 10850284
Abstract: The invention relates to a pipette-tip-accommodating container (1), including a receiving cradle (3) and a cover (4) which covers a receiving opening (12) of the receiving cradle (3) in its closed position. The cover (4) comprises a standardized footprint and is realized as an adapter element for the receiving cradle (3). A positioning device (25) with multiple positioning elements (26) is provided on the cover (4). The receiving cradle (3) is supported on the cover (4) by way of its base (7), wherein the receiving cradle (3) is aligned relatively with reference to the footprint defined by the cover (4), positioned in a positioning position for automated sample processing by means of the positioning elements (26). Furthermore, the invention also relates to a method for providing such a pipette-tip-accommodating container (1).

  • Patent number: 10772549
Abstract: A handling device for medical technology includes a main body part and a front wall which define a receiving space. A cannula protrudes with its proximal cannula end into the receiving space. A hose-like sleeve is held with its distal sleeve end on at least one holding element of the holding device, which holding element is formed or arranged directly on the front wall. The holding element bears externally on the sleeve in a contact area. Moreover, a method produces a handling device of this type.

Abstract: The invention relates to a sampling assembly (1), in particular for relatively small quantities of bodily fluids. The said sample assembly (1) comprises a sample container (2) and a support assembly (15). The sample container (2) has an open end (4), an end (5) closed by a bottom (6) as well as a side wall (7). The support assembly (15) protrudes axially over the sample container (2) in the area of the closed end (5) thereof, and comprises at least two container extension pieces (16). The container extension pieces (16) are each integrally connected with the sample container (2) via a hinge assembly (17) and are pivotable from a production position aligned at an angle (18) to the longitudinal axis (8) to a use position which is aligned approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis (8).

  • Patent number: 10004444
Abstract: The application relates to a collection assembly (1), in particular for blood samples, comprising a sample container (2) and a closure device (3) which has a closure cap (22) and a pierceable septum (26) held on the closure cap. At its open end (4) delimited by an end face (11), the sample container has a flange (13) and an annular skirt (15), the flange projecting radially beyond a side wall (7). The annular skirt (15) extends axially from a flange end (14) to a closed end (5) of the sample container (2). The sample container (2), the flange (13) and the annular skirt form a one-piece component. Between an outer surface (9) of the side wall (7) and an inner annular skirt surface (16) facing toward this outer surface, there is an approximately tubular free space (17) which is delimited in the axial direction in the region of the open end (4) by the flange (13).

  • Publication number: 20150313525
Abstract: The invention relates to a safety assembly for medical technology, which comprises a handling device having a main part and a holding attachment and a longitudinal axis extending between a distal and a proximal end. A protective device is moreover provided, having a base part and a protective element connected pivotally thereto, wherein the base part is retained on the holding attachment of the handling device so as to rotate about the longitudinal axis. A locking device having first and second detent elements defines a relative position of the protective device with respect to the handling device. The at least first detent element provided on the handling device is arranged spaced from the holding attachment in the radial direction with respect thereto and spaced from the annular base part on the side facing away from the longitudinal axis.
