  • Publication number: 20230242183
Abstract: A longitudinal member for a rear part of a motor vehicle includes an attachment region in which a support for a damper designed to dampen vibrations of a wheel of the motor vehicle can be fixed to the longitudinal member. The attachment region has a plurality of fastening points for connecting elements. The fastening points each have receiving openings into which a section of one of the connecting elements can be inserted in order to fix the support in the attachment region. Central axes of the receiving openings extend substantially in the transverse direction of the longitudinal member. The longitudinal member has a support element which is located above the fastening points in the vertical direction of the longitudinal member and on which the damper device can be supported in the lifting direction.

  • Patent number: 11396327
Abstract: A holding device for electrical components of a motor vehicle, preferably an electrical motor vehicle, includes a holding element that is designed to hold one or more electrical components of the vehicle. The holding element has a holding section for holding the one or more electrical components, and a strut section, which extends from the holding section. The holding element is designed such that when the holding element is attached to the motor vehicle as intended, the strut section extends in the vehicle front direction and vehicle transverse direction to a vehicle front section and is at a predefined angle to an axis oriented in the vehicle front direction.

  • Patent number: 11283869
Abstract: Methods and systems for data governance in a dispersed storage network using bucket templates are disclosed. A method includes: creating, by a computing device, a bucket template in a dispersed storage network (DSN) based on a first request, the bucket template including at least a first bucket parameter and at least one allowed value for the first bucket parameter; receiving, by the computing device, a second request to create a bucket in the DSN, the second request including at least a first value for the first bucket parameter; and creating, by the computing device, the bucket based on the first value for the first bucket parameter in the second request and the at least one allowed value for the first bucket parameter in the bucket template.

  • Patent number: 11040608
Abstract: A housing for an energy store is arranged on the floor of a vehicle body. The housing has a cover, a bottom, and a peripheral frame. Fastening components are provided on a side transverse section of the frame that is at the rear in the vehicle longitudinal direction, on which fastening components the front ends of two stiffening braces extending in the shape of a V are arranged.

  • Patent number: 4824113
Abstract: The invention relates to a chance game machine with winning opportunity, with at least one (drawing) chamber, which is equipped with a drawing device receiving playing elements after a mixing process, and from which one of a plurality of playing elements is to be drawn; a group of playing elements, which during a mixing phase are to be mixed by a mixing device and during mixing are freely movable in the chamber, is present in the chamber, and the group of playing elements contains at least two differently designed playing elements, of which one playing element during the drawing process is to be drawn by the drawing device and fed to a drawing receptacle; the drawing device has a number, corresponding to the number of playing elements of the group, of (playing-element) intermediate receptacles, which are arranged in the chamber for receiving one playing element each after the mixing process, and which, during a first drawing phase, are, with the exception of one intermediate receptacle, each blocked by a gate

  • Patent number: 4108636
Abstract: The stack gas from a shaft furnace in which iron ore is directly reduced is cooled and filtered and then subjected to steam so as to convert its carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide and water. The carbon dioxide and water are then scrubbed out of this stack gas so as to leave virtually pure hydrogen which is heated to a temperature between 400.degree. and 600.degree. C and added to the output of an oxygen reactor that transforms a carbon-containing substance, e.g. a hydrocarbon such as fuel oil and oxygen into a synthetic gas having a carbon-monoxide/hydrogen volume ratio of at least 0.5:1. The addition of this hydrogen to the output of the reactor lowers the volume ratio to 1:1 at most so that this mixture can be reintroduced into the shaft furnace at a temperature of around 1000.degree. C as a reducing gas.
