    Abstract: A one-piece forged vehicle wheel manufactured from a single piece of metal material thereby forming a strong, lightweight wheel. The wheel is manufactured as a result of extrusion, forging and machining a metal blank to provide the desired contours and configuration. The integral nature of the rim and hub eliminates the need to weld components, improving integrity while reducing manufacturing costs.
