Abstract: This invention is an apparatus for atomizing and mixing substances with a carrier gas. The invention is particularly characterized by increasing the speed and decreasing the static pressure of the gas by drawing it through a suitable throat arrangement in combination with a metering device for the substance to be atomized, wherein such substance to be atomized is taken into the said gas in such manner that the substance disperses within said gas along an expanding surface thus creating maximum atomization, impregnation, and dispersion of the gas and substance.
