Abstract: A physical fitness device is provided which aids the user in performing sit-ups and other floor exercises. The device is comprised of two main members which fold together when not in use for ease of storage. Foot stirrups are used to anchor the feet and legs to the device while bending the upper torso toward the legs. Height adjustment of the device in relation to the floor is facilitated by moving guide posts which can be locked into place by cap screws. An optional seat is also provided for certain types of exercises.

Abstract: A hand held jig for holding fishing tackle lures and hooks securely while affixing a resilient line thereto. A body of suitable material has a fixed jaw at one end and a handle at the other end and a laterally movable jaw parallel to the fixed jaw in co-operation therewith for holding the fishing gear.

Abstract: A settling basin sampler comprises a column adapted to be supported on the bottom of the basin in a vertical position and having a plurality of valves supported thereon for vertical adjustable positioning to vary the depth of the sample drawn from the basin, a control rod extends parallel to the column and is connected to each valve for simultaneously opening and closing the valves, and sample receiving means are connected to each valve for receiving samples for fluid drawn from the basin at the various depths of the valves.
