  • Patent number: 10954208
Abstract: The present invention provides methods of extraction of at least one cannabinoid from an initial cannabis biomass in “one-pot” step using toluene to form a toluene extract and using the toluene extract for producing high concentrations of ?-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (?9THC) and/or cannabinol (CBN) of a purity of at least 75% and at a yield of at least 75% by weight of the at least one cannabinoid from the initial cannabis biomass in the toluene extract.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 13, 2020
Date of Patent: March 23, 2021
    Assignee: PLANTBIOSIS LTD.

  • Publication number: 20180205222
Abstract: In an embodiment, an impressed current cathodic protection system includes at least one parallel-charge, serial-discharge supercapacitor bank to increase the duty cycle of the system. In another embodiment, the output of the parallel-charge, serial-discharge supercapacitor bank is applied to an anode using pulse width modulation to apply the correct amount of current to maintain a mesh potential at a desired value. In yet another embodiment, an impressed current cathodic protection system includes a microcomputer controller configured to maximize efficiency of the system.

  • Patent number: 8849572
Abstract: An apparatus for determining the concentration of a conductive fluid present in a fluid filled bore hole is described. Such apparatus are known as water hold-up meters and are frequently used in oil, gas and water filled bore holes. In bore hole applications, data bandwidth between a down hole device and the surface can be limited, while determining water hold-up based on down hole measurements can be data intensive. A technique is proposed for calculating the water hold up that requires less data to be transmitted between the down hole device and the surface.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 6, 2008
Date of Patent: September 30, 2014
    Assignee: Sondex Wireline Limited
Inventors: Guy Harvey Mason, James Andrew Gulliver, Derek George Hayes, Paul Franklin Steel, Kenneth Tomkins, Andrew John Stevens
