Abstract: An electrical connector includes a row of terminals (20) having a pair of differential signal terminals (21) mounted on a mating tongue (11). Each of the signal contact terminals has a rear end (211) on a back outer face of the connector and a free mounting end (213) away from the back outer face. The free mounting ends are located on a first end row and bent from the rear ends and away from each other in opposite transverse directions so as to widen a pitch therebetween to improve impendence for decreasing interference.

Abstract: An electrical connector (2) comprises an insulative housing including a mating tongue (20) defining opposite first and second faces (201, 203), a set of standard terminals (21) disposed on the first face (201) and on a middle region thereof, and a plurality of expanded terminals. The expanded terminals at least include a first group of power terminals (23) adapted to carry a first predetermined voltage, and a second group of power terminals (25) adapted to carry a second predetermined voltage. The power terminals within the first and second groups are selectively disposed on the second face (203) of the mating tongue (20) and a remaining region of the first face (201) so as to provide at least two predetermined voltages, both of which are available and in demand by the current customers.

Abstract: A sensor connector assembly includes an extender having a base defining opposite first and second mating faces (101, 201), a chamber (3) standing upon a top wall (30) of the base of the extender; a thermal sensing device received in the chamber (3). This thermal sensing device is configured to measure the environment temperature where the connector assembly is located so as to decide when to startup a cooling system for the connector assembly.

Abstract: An electrical connector (100) includes an insulated housing (1) and a plurality of contacts (2) assembled to the insulated housing (1). The insulated housing (1) includes a peripheral portion (11) and two tongue portions (12, 13) integrated with the peripheral portion (11), said peripheral portion (11) having a transversal base portion (111) and a pair of guiding portions (112, 113) extending forwardly form opposite ends of the base portion (111), each of the guiding portions (112, 113) defines a guiding passage (1121, 1131) along a longitudinal direction; said tongue portions (12, 13) juxtaposed with one another and extending forwardly from the base portion and further aligning with central sections of the guiding passages (1121, 1131). The contacts have mating portions arranged on panel portions to form mating interfaces.
