Abstract: A drug delivery system includes a container comprising a luer compartment and a fluid compartment, a luer fitting arranged within the luer compartment and in fluidic communication with the fluid compartment, and a dispenser in fluidic communication with the fluid compartment. A method of aseptically transferring a drug to such a drug delivery system may include providing a vial comprising the drug to be transferred, withdrawing a volume of the drug from the vial with a syringe, coupling the syringe to a drug delivery system via the luer fitting, transferring the drug from the syringe to the drug delivery system, and decoupling the syringe from the drug delivery system.

Abstract: A nasal spray guide may include a collar defining a lumen configured to receive a nasal spray tip, a shoulder surface extending radially outward from the collar, wherein the shoulder surface is angled relative to the lumen; and a cap defining a cavity and configured to engage the shoulder such that the cavity and the lumen are substantially aligned. In some variations, a method of using the nasal spray guide includes positioning at least a portion of a nasal spray device in the lumen such that a distal portion of the nasal spray device is exposed, inserting the distal portion of the nasal spray device in a nostril of a user until the shoulder of the nasal spray guide is seated against a nasal surface of the user; and actuating the nasal spray device while the shoulder of the nasal spray guide is seated.

For example, a packaging structure for a plurality of drug dispensers may include a support surface and a plurality of dispenser covers arranged on the support surface, where at least one dispenser cover includes a locking flexure member configured to couple a dispenser to the at least one dispenser cover.
