    Abstract: An anchoring device for supporting two umbrellas, which each include a shaft, above the ground. The anchoring device includes a vertical tubular member that has an upper end and a lower end in the form of a pointed tip. The shaft of one of the umbrellas is slidably receivable in the vertical tubular member through the upper end thereof. A horizontal tubular member extends perpendicularly from the vertical tubular member and has a distal end. The shaft of another umbrella is slidably receivable in the horizontal tubular member through distal end thereof.
