  • Patent number: 7000802
Abstract: A dispensing box, and more particularly a device for holding a stack of individual sheets of flexible paper (e.g., coupons, recipes, rebates) or individual product samples for in-store advertising and promotion. The dispensing box has a resilient insert which pushes the stack towards an opening in the dispenser that is constructed in such a way that individual items may be gripped and removed one at a time while the remaining stack of items is retained within the dispenser.

  • Publication number: 20050023430
Abstract: A mounting device has a base configured for attachment to a desired mounting surface and to secure a resilient connector extending away from a connector support. The resilient connector further has a flexible snubber and a spring surrounding the snubber. At least two alignment surfaces are disposed around the resilient connector, where the alignment surfaces are adjoining each other during the relative rotational movement of the resilient connector and where the alignment surfaces are biased to reorient the resilient connector to its original rotational alignment after rotational movement occurs.

  • Publication number: 20050017146
Abstract: An apparatus and method for displaying dispenser containers at point of sale locations. The device includes a drip tray or base for holding the product container and a back member that extends upwardly from the base. An adjustable loop is then looped around the product container, attached to the device and placed in tension to hold the product container firmly in the base and bias the product toward the back member. After placing the product container in the device, the device can then be used to display the product container for sampling or other purposes at a point of purchase location, including mounting the device to a store shelf.

  • Patent number: 6789775
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a mounting device comprised of a base configured for attachment to a desired mounting surface and to secure a resilient connector extending away from a connector support. The resilient connector further comprising a flexible snubber and a spring surrounding the snubber. At least two alignment surfaces are provided, disposed around the resilient connector, where the alignment surfaces adjoining each other. The alignment surfaces may be disposed on an alignment loop, or a plurality thereof, disposed around the resilient connector.

  • Patent number: 5472289
Abstract: An advertising display mounting device is provided for attaching promotional displays, dispensers, or other objects to a price channel mounted on the edge of a grocery or other retail store shelf. This mounting device uses clips which are adapted to mate with the price channel of the shelf. The clips are forced into a mated relation with the price channel by a locking slide. The invention also provides for a means by which to attach an advertising display to the advertising display mounting device.

  • Patent number: 5344250
Abstract: An advertising display mounting device is provided for attaching promotional displays, dispensers, or other objects to a price channel mounted on the edge of a grocery or other retail store shelf. The advertising display mounting device has first and second clips adapted to mate with the price channel of a grocery or other retail store shelf. The clips are forced into mated relation with the price channel by a locking slide. First clip means is provided having a plurality of teeth. Second clip means has a slot formed therein for accepting first clip means so that first and second clips are oriented parallel to each other and to the price channel. A channel formed in second clip means accepts a locking slide, also having one or more teeth for cooperating with the corresponding teeth on first clip means. As locking slide is forced into the channel, first and second teeth mesh and move the first clip relative to the second clip to lock the mounting device in the price channel.

  • Patent number: 5237767
Abstract: A mounting device is provided for attaching promotional displays, dispensers, or other objects to a shelf in a grocery or other retail store shelf. The mounting device has resilient first and second jaws that are forced into engagement with the shelf by a locking slide. In one preferred embodiment, first jaw and second jaw are oriented at slightly less a 90.degree. angle relative to the body of the mounting device. The body has a vertical slot into which a rack attached to the second jaw slides and a horizontal channel into which a locking slide is inserted to cooperate with the rack. The rack has teeth which mesh with cooperating teeth on a locking slide to move the jaws together. In addition, the body has, for example a price channel, to which an advertising or promotional display device such as a shelftalker, or other object can be mounted.
