    Abstract: A guard for the protection of rain gutters includes a solid back portion scored along a score line, which is bent to secure the guard to a gutter. A pivoting means lifts the gutter guard; a solid front portion is affixed with a pressure sensitive adhesive for securing to the gutter and is pivotable for allowing access therein. The guard has a middle portion having holes sized to allow the passage of water while substantially retaining solid materials.
