  • Publication number: 20240031626
Abstract: Methods and systems for enhancing service compatibility are described. A request for content can be received from a client (e.g., user device). A first resource locator for at least a portion of the content can be encoded with service information. A second resource locator indicating a redirect device can comprise the encoded first resource locator and the service information. The client can request at least the portion of the content from a redirect device using the second resource locator. The redirect device can process the request by decoding the first resource locator and service information and sending the service information to a service. The redirect device can send the first resource locator to the client. The client can request at least the portion of the content from a content device using the first resource locator.

  • Patent number: 7196633
Abstract: An integrated radio tower light controller and alarm reporting device is described that is made up of solid-state current sensing modules that monitor the AC current distributed to the various lights/beacons and report various alarm modes. In addition, a solid-state flasher module is used to flash the radio tower beacons at the FAA/FCC specified rate along with reporting various alarm modes. Two mechanical relays are also included for reporting failures with the flasher module and AC power failure. Connecting terminals and testing switches are included to connect to various power leads, alarm leads, and to test the various functions of the device.

  • Patent number: 6584760
Abstract: Emissions are controlled in a recuperated gas turbine engine using an apparatus and/or method. A fixed boundary recuperator comprises a gas inlet through which flows a gas and a gas outlet in communication with the gas inlet. An air inlet flows an air through the recuperator so that the air is in heat exchange relationship with the gas. An air outlet is in communication with the air inlet. A catalyst is disposed at least at one of a plurality of locations, with the locations selected from the group that includes a position immediately upstream of the recuperator heat exchange core, a position within the recuperator heat exchange core, and a position immediately downstream of the recuperator heat exchange core. At least one parameter of the engine is tuned based on desired NOx emissions and remaining undesired emissions are catalyzed in or immediately adjacent a recuperator.

  • Patent number: 5928198
Abstract: A tracheostomy assembly comprises a tracheostomy tube having an obturator inserted therein, the obturator including two resilient catches at its machine end extending along the outside of a coupling on the machine end of the tracheostomy tube and engaging lips on the coupling. This prevents the obturator being displaced rearwardly. The obturator can be disengaged from the tube by twisting it relative to the tube.
