  • Patent number: 8535739
Abstract: A plant-based cleaning agent for household use designed to produce optimal cleaning results. This product is comprised of pigeon pea extract and distilled water. To create the proper mixture, 12 g of pigeon pea leaves may be cut up and placed in a beaker, wherein the pigeon pea leaves homogenize with 2000 ml of distilled water. The mixture is centrifuged at 8,000 rpm for ten minutes. The pellet is then discarded and the extract is stored at approximately 4 degrees C. for about forty-eight hours. Stability is achieved by putting the extract through a 0.45 um filter. For use, consumers spray the sparkle essence product onto a desired glass surface and wipe away with a cloth or paper towel.

  • Publication number: 20060090917
Abstract: An enclosure installation assembly comprises a support base and a mounting pad adapted to be secured to the support base. The support base, having a lower portion slightly larger than its upper portion, is placed in a hole in the ground. Dirt is compacted around the support base to secure the support base in place. The mounting pad is then secured to the support base using a coupling structure that engages the support base and mounting pad so as to allow the mounting pad to move relative to the support base. Alternatively, a first portion of the mounting pad is fixedly attached to the support base. A second portion of the mounting pad engages the first portion so as to allow the second portion to move relative to the support base. Finally, an enclosure is installed on the mounting pad, with fasteners located inside the enclosure. The resulting enclosure is securely and easily installed, accessible for maintenance, and is tamper resistant.

  • Patent number: 5129361
Abstract: An animal feeding system particularly suitable for dispensing prepared food servings to a domesticated animal such as a dog, includes an enclosure in which a number of food servings can be stored for later feeding to the animal. At pre-selected feeding times, the servings are retrieved by a dispensing mechanism that carries them to the vicinity of a feed opening in the enclosure. The feeding times can be selected or altered by either a local keypad or from a remote location by way of a telephone line interface.

  • Patent number: 5012229
Abstract: A wearable personal/medical information device includes a data display with an associated legend display. A memory stores items of personal and/or medical information relating to the person wearing the device. Upon operation of a switch, the stored information is displayed with the personal/medical information indicated by the data display, and a corresponding legend indicated by the legend display. In a preferred embodiment, certain data such as medical information is preset in a read only memory, and other data which the user may change from time-to-time is stored in a read/write memory.

  • Patent number: 4932361
Abstract: An animal feeding system particularly suitable for dispensing prepared food servings to a domesticated animal such as a dog, includes an enclosure in which a number of food servings can be stored for later feeding to the animal. At selected feeding times, each of the servings is aligned with a food transfer location within the enclosure and retrieved by a dispensing mechanism that carries the serving over to a feed opening in the enclosure. The feed opening is sized and located so that the animal can reach through the opening and consume the presented food serving at the selected feeding time.

  • Patent number: 4092341
Abstract: Zinc dihydrocarbyldithiophosphates are made by the reaction of zinc oxide with dihydrocarbyldithiophosphoric acid in the presence of mineral oil which has been reacted with nitrogen dioxide. The nitrogen dioxide treatment alters the oil such that it promotes the zinc oxide reaction. The process is especially adapted for making zinc dialkaryldithiophosphates useful as lubricating oil additives.

  • Patent number: PP17774
Abstract: A new and distinct kiwi plant of the species Actinidia chinensis Planch. is described. The variety results from a controlled pollination using a female A. chinensis selection ‘Jing Feng’ (also known as 79-3, and by the accession code CK34_01) of unknown parentage, and a male A. chinensis selection CK40_02 of unknown parentage. Both parents (‘Jing Feng’ and CK40_02) are unpatented. The new variety is distinguished by its large globose-shaped fruit with a flat stylar end, golden coloured flesh and tangy sweet taste.
