Abstract: A system and method for compiling a clinically logical medical dossier for a patient. A list of medical conditions can be determined for the patient. A plurality of medical imaging records for the patient can be identified, and each record can be assigned to one of the conditions. A timeline of condition-specific imaging records can then be generated for each condition. A condition can be selected and the timeline of condition-specific imaging records for the selected condition can then be displayed.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for reporting a plurality of medical procedures. A first medical procedure and second medical procedure are defined as to-be-reported. A plurality of report sections for the first medical procedure and the second medical procedure are created. A first subset of the created report sections is associated with the first medical procedure. A second subset of the created report sections is associated with the second medical procedure, at least one report section of the second subset also being associated with the first subset. A request for undefining the first medical procedure as to-be-reported is received and in response to the request for undefining the first medical procedure, the first medical procedure is disassociated from each of the at least one report section that is associated with the first medical procedure and the second medical procedure.

Abstract: A system and method for completing a medical record includes receiving a request for creating a medical record for a completed medical procedure. Text macros that are relevant to the completed medical procedure are retrieved. Each of the retrieved text macros have at least one text block. A report structure for reporting the completed medical procedure is selected. A text macro is selected from the retrieved text macros. A determination is made as to the compatibility between the selected report structure and the retrieved text macros. If the selected text macro is compatible, report sections indicated by the selected report structure are created and text blocks of the selected text macro are used to update the created report sections.
