    Abstract: A process is disclosed for making a resin additive for a liquid paint. The process comprises of the steps selecting a thermosettable organic resin, curing the resin to form a cured thermoset resin, and particulizing the cured resin to a size no greater than about 20 .mu.m. The present invention is particularly useful in making environmentally friendly paint formulations.
