    Abstract: A method of preparing an antibody therapeutic is provided comprising: (a) providing a dissociated cell sample from at least one solid tumor sample obtained from a patient; (b) loading the dissociated cell sample into a microfluidic device having a flow region and at least one isolation region fluidically connected to the flow region; (c) moving at least one B cell from the dissociated cell sample into at least one isolation region in the microfluidic device, thereby obtaining at least one isolated B cell; and (d) using the microfluidic device to identify at least one B cell that produces antibodies capable of binding to cancer cells. The cancer cells can be the patient's own cancer cells. Also provided are methods of treating patients, methods of labeling or detecting cancer, engineered T or NK cells comprising antibodies or fragments thereof, and engineered antibody constructs.

The method further includes providing a plurality of training samples, each training sample composed within one of the known candidate languages. Further included is the process of generating one or more training vectors from each training database, wherein each training vector is defined as a function of said plurality of sound tokens provided from said subset of the known candidate languages. The method further includes associating each training vector with the candidate language of the corresponding training sample.

    Abstract: A computer system having speech recognition functionality, a display screen, a microphone, and a mouse having pointer and voice buttons. The voice button located on the mouse is used to turn the microphone "on" and "off". The voice button in conjunction with the mouse are used to signal the computer to display the recognized spoken command. The pointer button located on the mouse is used to provide a standard "point and click" function so that a user can select text or object(s) on the display screen. The computer will apply recognized spoken commands only to the restricted selection. Voice icons are used to aid in the correction of any erroneous interpretation by the speech recognizer circuitry within the computer. A list of alternative commands are displayed in menu format associated with each icon so that the user can use the voice button and mouse to select the desired correct command. The computer then automatically corrects the erroneous interpretation.

    Abstract: A touch tablet is provided containing two sheets of insulating material each of which contains a plurality of spaced apart conductive lines. A resistive strip on each sheet contacts and connects electrically one end of each of the plurality of conductive lines on that sheet. Each resistive strip functions as a potentiometer. Mounted between the two sheets and spaced apart therefrom is a conductive middle sheet. The first and second sheets are mounted such that the first and second sets of a plurality of conductive lines on these sheets are orthogonal to each other. A user presses on one of the two sheets to bring all three sheets into contact. The impedence of each potentiometer is a function of the contact point. The potentiometer is used as part of an RC circuit to provide a variable time constant representative of the coordinate of the contact point.
