    Abstract: A watermark image may be generated that includes a first set of encoded pixels each of which is assigned a first transparency value and a second set of encoded pixels each of which is assigned a second transparency value, the second transparency level being different from the first transparency level. The encoded pixels may be distributed among a set of blank pixels such that each encoded pixel neighbors one or more blank pixels in the watermark image, and in particular at least two blank pixels in the watermark image. Herein, each blank pixel may be assigned the second transparency value. The watermark image may be overlaid and blended over a background source image to create an encoded source image. A decoder system may recover encoded information from the encoded source image.

Each duct includes a duct ring, a rotor having a plurality of blades, a hub that positions the rotor such that the blades define a blade plane of rotation within the duct ring, and a plurality of stators that are coupled to the hub at respective locations aft of the blade plane of rotation. Each of the plurality of stators defines a leading edge that is slanted toward the blade plane of rotation. The leading edges of the stators are slanted to follow a contour defined by the blades. The leading edges may also be slanted to maintain a distance of at least one blade inboard chord length between the leading edges of the stators and respective trailing edges of the blades.

    Abstract: A wedge osteotomy method inserts a first wire into a first bone of the foot, distal from tissue to be removed. A second wire is inserted into a second bone, so the tissue to be removed is distal from the second wire. A cut guide is pivoted about the first wire, until a first axis of the cut guide is parallel with a longitudinal axis of the first metatarsal. The cut guide has a slot perpendicular to the first axis for guiding a cutter to cut bone, while the first axis is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the first metatarsal. The cut guide is then pivoted about the second wire, until the first axis is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the talus, and bone is cut through the slot, to form a second planar cut into or through bone material.

These solutions may include the use of a fully binary power gate, either in structure or by local decoding of binary control signal to an addressable row-based power gate.
