Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide an embedment positioning system that facilitates the positioning of a plurality of embedments along an edge of a concrete form. In one embodiment, the present disclosure provides an embedment positioning tape formed with embedment position indicators indicating the positions at which a plurality of embedments are to be positioned along a concrete form. In operation, a user unrolls and attaches the embedment positioning tape along the concrete form such that the control line location indicator lines up with the actual control line. The user then uses the embedment positioning indicators to position the embedments at the correct positions along the edge of the concrete form without having to hand-measure those positions for each embedment. The present disclosure also provides an embedment positioning tape forming system and method.

Abstract: A laser stand for supporting a laser leveling device during construction involving metal studs and leg tracks provides a planar shelf including a first end and a second end, at least one first leg depending from the first end, at least one second leg depending from the second end, and a magnet enclosure mounted to the second leg and including at least one magnet for supporting the leveling device while attached to the metal stud. The shelf is configured for pivotably accommodating the leveling device and the stand is configured for supporting the leveling device when placed over the leg track on a substrate or attached to the metal stud.

Abstract: A new and improved remote trigger actuating mechanism for a power tool comprises an elongated handle or pole which is provided with a handgrip upon a rear end portion, while a mounting bracket, into which a forward end portion of the elongated handle or pole is fixedly engaged, is fixedly mounted upon a rear end portion of the power tool as a result of being bolted directly thereto by suitable bolt fasteners. A spring-biased sleeve member is concentrically disposed about the elongated handle or pole, and a trigger actuator linkage member has a rear end portion thereof fixedly mounted upon the spring-biased sleeve member while a forward end portion of the trigger actuator linkage member is provided with a hooked portion which is adapted to engage the trigger mechanism of the power tool.
