The tool handle may include a curved body with various recesses and protuberances, associated with different usage motions. The tool handle may include various user interface features. The tool handle may be coupled to various tools or implements.

Abstract: A system has an axial field rotary energy device with a housing, an axis and a rotor with a shaft, bearings, rotor disks and permanent magnets. A printed circuit board (PCB) stator is between the rotor disks to define an air gap on each side thereof. A variable frequency drive (VFD) assembly has a VFD housing and first pads coupled to inductors to facilitate heat removal from the inductors. A concave cradle is coupled to a ferromagnetic core and has a same contour as an outer surface of the ferromagnetic core. A second pad is coupled to a rectifier module. A third pad is coupled to switching devices and has pins to align the switching devices with the third pad. Standoffs are coupled to the VFD housing to support a first printed circuit board assembly (PCBA). A second PCBA is mounted to a shield plate above the first PCBA.

Abstract: A mix on exit sprayer having a water tank and a body the includes a chemical cartridge receiving cavity. A pump move water from the tank to a mixing chamber and a piston drives chemical concentrate from the cartridge into the mixing chamber. A venturi style mixing element mixes the water and concentrate and the pump moves the mixed fluid from the mixing chamber to a spray wand from which it can be expelled.

The containers move down the upper chamber ramp by gravity to an opening at a back end of the dispenser, through which the containers pass to a lower chamber. The lower chamber has a ramp sloping downward toward the front of the dispenser. The containers move down the lower chamber ramp by gravity to a dispensing position at the front of the dispenser. A latch is positioned at a back portion of the upper chamber to restrict passage of the containers so that they pass through the opening one at a time as containers are removed from the dispensing position.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method for a risk management system for use in a health care environment by healthcare practitioners in the creation, recording, and tracking of progress notes. In an embodiment, the system is comprised of an input/output interface for receiving from a user the beginning data elements of a patient, a computing device configured to receive said beginning data elements of said patient and computing for displaying to said user the initial progress note form component, subjective/chief complaint. Based on the initial progress note form component inputs for subjective/chief complaint, said computer computes for displaying to said user the second progress note form component, objective. This is continued for the remaining progress note form components diagnosis/assessment, plans/treatment recommendations, risks/complications, benefits of proposed treatments, alternative treatments, and sequalae of non treatment.

Abstract: An adjustment mechanism for the hood of a garment is described along with a method of use. The hood is tightened or loosened via pockets located on the torso of the garment. One specific embodiment is a rainwear jacket that includes two front facing pockets located on the chest of the wearer which conceal the endings of a hood cord and, by opening the pockets, the cords may be reversibly tightened and concealed by closing the pockets. The mechanism avoids use of loose toggles or other items that may catch on other objects. The cords are also positioned in a way that allows for easy and wearer visible adjustment.

Abstract: A fluid dispensing system includes a container, a pump assembly and a bleed valve. The pump assembly is connected to the container selectively pressurizing the container and includes an outlet port. The outlet port has a check valve precluding flow from the container through the outlet port. The bleed valve is in communication with an aperture formed through the container. The bleed valve relieves excess pressure in the container.
