The second cylindrical structure mechanically coupled to the support structure and configured to be driven to rotate and to traverse relative to the support structure. The interface is created between portions of circumferential surfaces of the first and second cylindrical structures. The interface is created through traversal of the second cylindrical structure relative to the first cylindrical structure.
