  • Patent number: 6113839
Abstract: A modular, vacuum formed, unitary vanity which extends from floor to the ceiling, or near the ceiling. Alternatively, the vanity extends upwardly from the counter top level to the ceiling. The vanity is vacuum formed of a single piece of formable material, such as acrylic. The vanity has no joints or seals to deteriorate with use and time or to collect dirt. The modular and unitary vanity fits within a void formed in a wall during construction. The device is substantially maintenance free in ordinary use. The vanity is vacuum formed from a single piece of formable material using a vacuum form mold. The mold is a break apart mold which allows the vanity to be removed from the mold without interference from the sink bowl which is formed in the vanity.

  • Patent number: 5463780
Abstract: A ramp for barrier free showers which is pivotable from a generally horizontal position for elevating wheel chairs into a shower or other location, to a generally vertical position which removes the ramp as a hazard and which uses the ramp to hold shower curtains within the shower. The ramp has a dam which extends generally perpendicularly front the top surface of the ramp and which covers a gap between the ramp and a threshold of the shower when the ramp is in the generally vertical position, to prevent water from running onto the floor.

  • Patent number: 4862527
Abstract: A one piece molded plastic shower stall and room divider including a one piece plastic body member shaped to form the shower stall having a U-shaped side wall, an opposite flat side wall, a rear wall and a front wall having an opening therein, and a bottom and top wall. Wall forming material is foamed or otherwise secured to the front, rear and U-shaped side wall. When the enclosure so formed is installed in an enclosed living area, the exterior of the body divides the living area into two separate rooms. The exterior of the enclosure is finished to match the decor of the living area thus properly blending as a room divider.
