Patent number: 12235976Abstract: A system and method are provided for conditional delivery of electronic content from a sender to a recipient. The content may be secured and authenticated so as to control the delivery only to intended recipients, e.g., using an authorizing entity to grant permission for such delivery, and in some instances using blockchain to control the transfer of the rights in the content.Type: GrantFiled: January 27, 2022Date of Patent: February 25, 2025Assignee: FYFO LLCInventor: George Pantazelos

Publication number: 20240028786Abstract: A custom balanced golf club and method and system for making are disclosed. Input data describing a golfer's club swing path, his/her physical features, and an initial golf putter design are used to determining an integrated torque about a shaft central axis for the initial golf putter design. The initial golf club design is iteratively modified to provide a plurality of modified golf club designs. The integrated torque for each modified golf club design is determined. The integrated torques for the initial and modified golf putter designs are compared to determine a custom golf club design having a minimum integrated torque. The custom golf club design is used to manufacture the custom dynamically balanced golf club and so the invention encompasses such clubs as well.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 19, 2023Publication date: January 25, 2024Inventors: Bill Presse, IV, George Pantazelos, Joseph K. Publication number: 20230284731Abstract: An apparatus for charge-assisted release of a ski binding includes an explosive material, a battery, an electrical circuit, and a processor. The explosive material is mounted on or in a ski, a ski boot, and/or a ski binding. The apparatus also includes The electrical circuit extends from the explosive material to the battery, the electrical circuit including a switch having a connected state in which the battery and the explosive material are electrically connected through the switch and a disconnected state in which the battery and the explosive material are electrically disconnected. The processor is electrically coupled to the switch and configured to generate an output signal that transitions the switch from the disconnected state to the connected state in response to an input signal from one or more sensors.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 23, 2023Publication date: September 14, 2023Inventors: George Pantazelos, Joseph K. Lane, Michael Ryan Cameron

Patent number: 11596855Abstract: Some aspects include a ski binding system using controllable electromagnets, alone or in combination with permanent magnets, as means of attaching or releasing a ski boot to a ski during use. Some aspects include a ski binding system using a controllable solenoid. In some aspects, microprocessor-based control releases binding electronically based on input from sensors located in binding, ski and/or boot, as well as in other equipment or clothing connected to them or to skier, or binding releases when a mechanical threshold is overcome. In some aspects, sensor data are recorded for analysis of system performance and for adjustment and improvement of system parameters based on data analytics.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 2021Date of Patent: March 7, 2023Assignee: Stop River Development LLCInventors: George Pantazelos, Joseph K. Patent number: 11154765Abstract: A ski binding release system includes a spring that is releasably maintained in a first state using a pyrotechnic fastener. In the first state, a ski boot is secured in the ski binding. The pyrotechnic fastener is electrically coupled to an activation circuit. The activation circuit includes a battery, a plurality of sensors, a switch, and a controller. When the controller determines that the skier has fallen, the controller generates an output signal that transitions the switch from a disconnected state to a connected state. In the disconnected state, the pyrotechnic fastener is electrically disconnected from the battery. In the connected state, the pyrotechnic fastener is electrically connected to the battery. Electrical energy from the battery causes the pyrotechnical fastener to explode to transition the spring from the first state to a second state to release the ski boot from the ski binding.Type: GrantFiled: July 28, 2020Date of Patent: October 26, 2021Assignee: Stop River Development LLCInventors: George Pantazelos, Joseph K. Patent number: 10931676Abstract: A system and method are provided for conditional delivery of electronic content such as images or video stream content over a communication network. In some embodiments, a condition for receiving such content is determined, for example a verification of a biometric fact as a face recognition or a finger print. The content will then be delivered conditioned on the satisfaction of the condition. In some embodiments, facial detection technology is used continually while sent content is being displayed to ensure that content is being viewed solely by the intended recipient. In some embodiments, the recipient's reaction to sent content is recorded on video and sent to the sender as a condition of viewing the sent content. In some embodiments, two or more users interact with one another in real time in a secure video conference.Type: GrantFiled: September 19, 2017Date of Patent: February 23, 2021Assignee: FYFO LLCInventor: George Pantazelos
