The method also includes receiving a request for information for obtaining an option to obtain a license or to purchase at least one intangible asset. Also, the method includes processing the request and generating a message, where the message contains at least one term or condition for the option to obtain a license or purchase at least one intangible asset, and further where the message contains a price for obtaining the option to obtain a license or purchase at least one intangible asset. In addition, the method includes transmitting the message to the communication device.
