Abstract: A tubular burner and methods of use in a furnace having reduced NOx emissions are provided. The tubular burner comprises a structural skeleton and a mesh screen disposed about the structural skeleton. The structural skeleton may be coupled to an air/fuel mixture source. The structural skeleton may comprise a hollow interior and a plurality of perforations to allow the air/fuel mixture to pass from the interior of the structural skeleton to the exterior. The burner systems may further comprise a plurality of holes spaced along and between the burners for cross-lighting of multiple burners using a single igniter.

Abstract: A gas grill that is structurally engineered such that it can be easily and rapidly assembled by a person of limited technical ability in a simplified manner with only a single open end wrench. The gas grill of the present invention comprises a base or bottom shelf, four legs, four casters, a firebox, a main upper body, a burner assembly, a pivotable door or lid, a rock grate, briquette or lava rock, a cooking grid, one or more warming racks, two side shelves, one or more front panels, a pair of side panels, a propane assembly, and a valve assembly. The firebox, main upper body, and the legs of the gas grill of the present invention are secured together by a plurality of externally threaded bolts which pass through openings in the main upper body, the firebox and the upper end portion of each leg.

Abstract: A warming drawer for a domestic range which is disposed within a heating chamber located relatively beneath the oven. The heating chamber is surrounded by a series of panels, and has a heating element disposed therein. The heating element is energized in accordance with a user-determined duty cycle such that temperature within the heating chamber is maintained between a predetermined minimum temperature and a predetermined maximum temperature. The range of temperatures between the predetermined minimum and predetermined maximum correspond to a range of desired food serving temperatures at the warmer drawer.
