    Abstract: A method is provided for sealing and/or insulating a construction surface. Foam is applied to the construction surface followed by insulating material. The foam mechanically couples to the construction surface, and the insulating material mechanically couples to the foam. Alternatively, a structure is provided having a construction surface. A foam layer is adjacent to and mechanically coupled to the construction surface. Insulating material is adjacent to and mechanically coupled to the foam layer.
