  • Publication number: 20250070741
Abstract: Systems and methods for adjusting impedances or power or a combination thereof across multiple plasma processing stations are described. One of the systems includes a first radio frequency (RF) generator that generates a first RF signal having a first frequency, a second RF generator that generates a second RF signal having a second frequency, and a first matching network coupled to the first RF generator to receive the first RF signal. The first impedance matching network outputs a first modified RF signal upon receiving the first RF signal. The system further includes a second matching network coupled to the second RF generator to receive the second RF signal. The second matching network outputs a second modified RF signal upon receiving the second RF signal. The system further includes a combiner and distributor coupled to an output of the first matching network and an output of the second matching network.

  • Publication number: 20240055285
Abstract: A system for controlling of wafer bow in plasma processing stations is described. The system includes a circuit that provides a low frequency RF signal and another circuit that provides a high frequency RF signal. The system includes an output circuit and the stations. The output circuit combines the low frequency RF signal and the high frequency RF signal to generate a plurality of combined RF signals for the stations. Amount of low frequency power delivered to one of the stations depends on wafer bow, such as non-flatness of a wafer. A bowed wafer decreases low frequency power delivered to the station in a multi-station chamber with a common RF source. A shunt inductor is coupled in parallel to each of the stations to increase an amount of current to the station with a bowed wafer. Hence, station power becomes less sensitive to wafer bow to minimize wafer bowing.

  • Patent number: 11743319
Abstract: A web application has a limit on the total number of concurrent users. As requests from client devices are received from users, a determination is made whether the application can accept those users. When the threshold number of users has been exceeded, new users are prevented from accessing the web application and are assigned to a queue system. A webpage may be sent to the users indicating queue status and may provide their estimated wait time. A cookie may be sent to the client for tracking the position of the user in the application queue. The users are assigned to a user bucket associated with a time interval of their initial request. When user slots become available, the users queued in the user bucket (starting from the oldest user bucket) are allowed access to the web application.

  • Patent number: 11640236
Abstract: A visual form designer is disclosed. A target user interface is configured to display a particular form. A design user interface is used to design the target user interface. The design user interface includes at least a widget-selection section and a form-design section. The design user interface also includes various layout options for displaying a form template in the form-design section. An interface widget may be dragged from the widget-selection section to a particular location in the form template in the form-design section. The design user interface displays an instance of the interface widget at the particular location in the form template. A different layout may be selected. The design user interface displays the instance of the interface widget at a different location in the form template in the different layout. Hence, instances of interface widgets in the form template are rearranged based on a selected layout option.

  • Patent number: 10826304
Abstract: A battery capacity translator (209) includes an input (301), an output (302), and a conversion circuit (305) coupled between the input and the output. The conversion circuit receives stored energy capacity information (701,702) corresponding to one or more energy storage cells of a first type at the input, and converts the stored energy capacity information to modeled stored energy capacity information (703) corresponding to one or more other energy storage cells of a second type. This modeled stored energy capacity information is delivered to the output to emulate the energy storage cells of the second type in legacy systems.
