Patent number: 12131819Abstract: Approaches are provided for a prediction model determining a prediction indicative of the authorized user being associated with at least one anomaly event. In one example, a computer system may receive data from different sources. For example, the system may receive data associated with use of one or more monitored units of an automated storage and retrieval location. The system may also receive request data associated with a request for execution of the monitored controlled unit by an authorized user to a target user. The prediction model of the system may utilize the received data to determine the prediction that the authorized user is associated with at least one anomaly event associated with a diversion of a monitored unit away from the target user. The system may then provide the prediction for presentation.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2022Date of Patent: October 29, 2024Assignee: C/HCA, Inc.Inventors: Scott Murray, Dan Nguyen, Janet McCallister, Tara Haines, Erica Williams, George Tucker, Heather Fuller, Randy Scott Fagin, Thomas Neal Payne, Sarah Dhane, James E. Patent number: 6449010Abstract: A system and method for enhancing display of a sporting event. The path of a ball in a playing field of the sporting event is tracked while the ball is moving. In response, successive overlay video image frames are generated that represent successive overlay video images of the path of the ball within the large field of view but without the playing field in the background. In one embodiment, the successive overlay video image frames are combined with a single background video image frame so as to generate successive overlaid video image frames. The overlaid video image frames represent successive overlaid video images of the path of the ball in the playing field within the large field of view. In another embodiment, the successive overlay video image frames are combined with successive background video image frames so as to generate the successive overlaid video image frames.Type: GrantFiled: August 16, 1999Date of Patent: September 10, 2002Assignee: Forsum Digital EffectsInventor: George Tucker

Patent number: 6036894Abstract: This invention relates to the manufacture of composite propellants containing rubbery binders and particulate non-binder ingredients. The process consists of curing a mixture of a functionally-terminated hydro-carbon prepolymer and a cross-linking agent to form a viscoelastic first binder composition, mixing the binder with non-binder ingredients to form a plastic propellant, and rubberising at least a part of the plastic propellant by adding to it a further quantity of the cross-linking agent, provided the propellant is formed into a propellant charge while still in a plastic state. The further quantity of the cross-linking agent may be mixed in with the plastic propellant prior to forming, or applied to the surface of the plastic propellant after having been formed into a charge. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the prepolymer consists of an hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene having a molecular weight of about 3000 and a functionally of about 2.Type: GrantFiled: May 27, 1983Date of Patent: March 14, 2000Assignee: The Secretary of State for Defence in her Brittanic Majesty's Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.Inventors: Robert James Brown, Ernest Melville Guthrie Cooke, Graham James Spickernell, Arthur Ronald Treadgold, Bernard George Tucker

Patent number: 5953056Abstract: A system and method for enhancing display of a sporting event. A background video image frame is recorded that represents a background video image of the playing field within the large field of view. The path of a ball in a playing field of the sporting event is tracked while the ball is moving. In response, successive overlay video image frames are generated that represent successive overlay video images of the path of the ball within the large field of view but without the playing field in the background. The successive overlay video image frames are combined with the background video image frame so as to generate successive overlaid video image frames. The overlaid video image frames represent successive overlaid video images of the path of the ball in the playing field within a large field of view and comprise the successive overlay video images overlaid on the background video image.Type: GrantFiled: December 20, 1996Date of Patent: September 14, 1999Assignee: Whack & Track, Inc.Inventor: George Tucker

Patent number: 4101623Abstract: A method of lining a pipe with thermosetting synthetic plastics material including the steps of arranging the pipe with its longitudinal axis inclined at an acute angle to the horizontal, introducing liquid lining material into the pipe at a predetermined rate for a predetermined time, shifting the pipe to a horizontal position shortly before or at the completion of introduction of the liquid material, spinning the pipe about its axis and blowing hot air axially through the pipe after spinning has started but before the lining material has set thereby to remove entrained air bubbles. The method is particularly applicable for lining pipes with polyurethane, especially pipes with end flanges and covers to form an end face of the lining material.Type: GrantFiled: November 11, 1975Date of Patent: July 18, 1978Assignee: English Clays Lovering Pochin & Co.
