  • Patent number: 5007768
Abstract: A pipe anchoring structure adapted to firmly and securely support a pipe relative to undisturbed earth. The device includes a stake body portion adapted to be driven into the ground. The stake body portion carries a pair of adjustable clamping members adapted to engage opposed surfaces of a pipe. Each of the clamping members can be firmly secured to the stake body portion when the pipe has been aligned and positioned in a desired orientation. Additionally, each of the clamping members includes a plurality of concentric circular arc cutout portions to define a recess in one end thereof, the opposed recesses of the respective clamping members adapted to be positioned on opposite sides of a pipe.

  • Patent number: 4875592
Abstract: A drying rack for drying wet cloths, such as towels and washcloths. A substantially rectangular enclosure is provided having a pair of openings that are laterally spaced from each other, and a curved drying surface extends between the openings. The enclosure includes a drip pan for catching and collecting water that drips from wet cloths that lie on the drying surface. The drip pan is removable from the enclosure for discarding the collected water, and a screen is positioned within the enclosure between the drying surface and the drip pan to prevent cloths from falling into the drip pan, while permitting water to pass therethrough. In one form of the invention a towel dispenser is provided on one side of the enclosure, and the towel dispenser is adapted to receive and contain a stack of dry cloths ready for use. In another form of the invention a removable used cloth enclosure is provided that can be selectively attached next to and removed from attachment relative to the clean towel holder.

  • Patent number: 4126012
Abstract: A method and apparatus for supporting pipe employing a plurality of spaced pipe carriers driven into the ground. Each pipe carrier includes a straight rigid body formed from rod stock of rectangular, i.e., square, cross-section. The lower portion of the body is provided with opposed, rigid upwardly diverging barbs, also of rectangular, i.e., square, cross-section. The upper end portion of the body carries a rigid pipe cradle. In one embodiment, the cradle is formed by spaced, laterally projecting, brackets. In other embodiments, the cradle is curvilinear, opening upwardly or downwardly. In still other embodiments, the cradle is an annulus. The cradles and barbs are formed of the same rectangular, i.e., square, rod stock as the body. The opposed surfaces of each cradle is in the same common plane with the opposed surfaces of the body and these planes are perpendicular to the surfaces of the barbs. The cradles, radially, partially or completely circumscribe the periphery of the pipe.
