  • Publication number: 20080196108
Abstract: A system and method for providing remote users with reports and analyses based on user data is disclosed. The reports are adaptable and the remote user can alter, modify, and argument the reports and analyses. Client data is extracted from a client device and other sources. The client data is quantified by analytic definitions. The analytic definitions are an identification of performance measures. The quantified data is queried and grouped according to the analytic definitions. Datamarts are created by separating the grouped data. The datamarts are then converted into on-line analytical processing (OLAP) cubes. The OLAP cubes are then used by the remote user to create adaptable reports. The adaptable reports may be used by practice professionals to understand their business and clinical operations, and to improve business performance and patient care.

  • Publication number: 20060261086
Abstract: An evacuation system including an evacuation member engages a product package and applies pressure thereto, such that a product in the product package moves toward an outlet in the product package for dispensing. A controller monitors the force applied by a driver to the product package, thereby ensuring that the pressure remains below a particular threshold to protect the integrity of the product package. The controller further monitors the evacuation member location, thereby enabling the controller to recognize when the product package is empty. The evacuation system further includes a package carrier including a pinch-off area that moves product out of an unrecoverable portion of the product package. The evacuation member may be utilized as a stand-alone device or with a primary device, wherein the primary device provides signals to the evacuation system and the evacuation system provides product to the primary device.

  • Patent number: 5400888
Abstract: A clutch diaphragm, especially for a motor vehicle clutch, comprises a peripheral portion defining a Belleville ring, and a central portion which is divided into radial fingers by radial slots, each terminating in an aperture in the vicinity of the root zone of the radial fingers. Local dimples are formed in the Belleville ring portion of the diaphragm, each in register with a corresponding one of the apertures so as to reduce the peaking effect of the characteristic curve of the diaphragm.

  • Patent number: 5259599
Abstract: A coil spring for a torsion damper in a motor vehicle has a non-circular cross section. The cross section of the wire of the coil spring is generally ovoid in shape, with its narrow end defined by a point directed outwardly of the spring, and two lateral convexities, the profile of the cross section consisting of two symmetrical multi-arc curves in the form of splines (in the mathematical sense) joined to each other.
