    Abstract: A burner operating on liquefied petroleum gas comprising a tubular barrel having an inlet for the liquefied petroleum gas. The end of the tubular barrel is provided with a swirl chamber that debouches into a calibrated central injector port. A cylindro-ogival end piece is attached to the end of the barrel and the axial position of the end piece with respect to the injector port is varied to vary the flow rate of the burner.
