Abstract: The baking-heating according to the invention is characterized in that it consists in defining in the application cavity, a baking-heating enclosure, open to the front of the oven at least coincidingly with the glass of the door and designed to contain the products, by means of an element insertable in the cavity, comprising at least one wall interposed between the enclosure and the generator and made from a porous material which is permeable to microwave energy, and provided with a water-proof coating except on its face directed toward the enclosure. The invention finds an application in the baking or heating of food products.
