Abstract: This disclosure relates to purified and recombinant granulins, fusions, or variants and vectors encoding the same. In certain embodiments, this disclosure relates to uses of these granulins or vectors, alone or in combination, in the treatment or prevention of diseases or conditions associated with lysosomal defects such as frontotemporal dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

SMS-based systems and methods of the invention are configured also to be able gather and analyze many different kinds and patterns of data, such as that relating to marketing and advertising activities, and to performance of the systems and methods themselves.
