Abstract: Disclosed is an information exchange method. In the information exchange method, an electronic device is configured to display a first interface in a first display region of a display. After obtaining recommendation information, the electronic device may reduce the first display region, and display the recommendation information in a second display region. Subsequently, when detecting a first gesture operation of a user, the electronic device may open, in response to the first gesture operation, an interface corresponding to the recommendation information. According to the information exchange method, the user can conveniently view the recommendation information and directly open, based on the first gesture operation, the interface corresponding to the recommendation information.
