  • Publication number: 20080152461
Abstract: The system contains a rod body having a first end and a second end. A conical section is integral with the rod body at the first end of the rod body. The conical section tapers off at a triangular tip section. The triangular tip section has a proximate end integral with the conical section and a substantially pointed distal end. A higher helical rib is formed on the rod body and the conical section. A lower helical rib is integral with the higher helical rib at a first rib end. The lower helical rib extends onto the conical section and tapers toward the substantially pointed distal end. A partial groove is formed in the conical section along a proximate side of the lower helical rib. The groove does not extend entirely between adjacent lower helical rib elements. A gripping portion is proximate to the second end of the rod body.

  • Publication number: 20070029355
Abstract: An easily mounted and removable closet space making system where the first of two components is designed to be instantly install against the back wall of a clothes closet between the shelve and the shelve supporting member. This component has a hinge that supports a single garment arm used to hang multiple clothes hangers on. After installing 1 or 2 of these components, the clothes that were hanging on the clothes rod can now be transferred to the back wall of the closet, freeing up most or all of the clothes rod for the second component. The second component hooks onto the clothes rod and has a double hinge that supports two garment arms and is on a swivel so either side can face forward. With both components, gravity drops the arm down in the storage position. To select a garment, simply slide your hand in behind the garment in front of the garment you want and lift the arm. This will create ample space to access the garment you are after.

  • Publication number: 20060071113
Abstract: A hand-held cord and hose winding apparatus comprises, in accordance with the present invention, a handle member defining a winding axis and a winding assembly including a hub rotatably mounted to the handle member for rotation about the axis and further including a pair of discs attached to the hub for rotation therewith about the axis. The discs are spaced from one another along the hub. The winder further comprises a binding element removably connectable to the winding assembly for rotating therewith about the axis and for binding a flexible member wound in a coiled configuration on the hub by a turning of the winding assembly about the axis. At least one of the discs is removably attached to the hub for enabling a removal from the winding assembly of the flexible member in the coiled configuration together with the binding element.

  • Patent number: 5992654
Abstract: An easily mounted and removable corner shelf having a shelf member, the shelf member having a forward end and a pair of side portions, with the forward end having an opening therein and each of the side portions having a slot therein. A central securing member is slideable within respect to the shelf member and has a pin-like element at the forward end thereof capable of protruding through the opening for embedding within a wall corner in a shelf mounted position. First and second members are pivotally mounted for rotation with respect to the shelf member and are operably interconnected to the central securing member. The first pivotable member having a blade-like element attached thereto and the second pivotable member having a blade-like element attached thereto, each of the blade-like elements protrudable through a respective one of the slots for embedding within adjacent side walls of the corner in the shelf mounted position.
