  • Patent number: 11032820
Abstract: Receiving Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) packets from co-located access point radios and client device radios may be provided. First, a plurality of switchable gain devices corresponding to an auxiliary radio may be placed into a toggling state in response to the auxiliary radio being placed in a sniffer mode. Next, it may be determined that a primary radio is transmitting within a frequency range of a frequency band. Then, in response to determining that the primary radio is transmitting within the frequency range of the frequency band, a one of the plurality of switchable gain devices corresponding to the frequency band may be placed into a low gain state when the auxiliary radio is sniffing the frequency range of the frequency band.

  • Patent number: 7760024
Abstract: A system and method for increasing accuracy of transmitter power detection over a larger range of output power levels wherein a diode detector is followed by a series cascade of 2 op amps. The first op amp functions as a differential/buffer amplifier, which improves temperature performance. The second op amp has two selectable gain factors. The output of the second op amp is routed to the ADC. A single control line is connected to a controllable switching device that configures the second op amp for high gain or low gain.

  • Patent number: 7184722
Abstract: A system and method for transmitting data communications through air using a radio. The invention allows the user to select from a number of predetermined output transmission powers. When a lower output transmission power is selected the current drain to the associated amplifier is decreased thereby conserving battery power of the radio. In addition, a detector diode circuit combined with an adjustable gain amplifier combine to provide a feedback mechanism whereby the output transmission power of the radio is held substantially constant over a broad range of temperatures.

  • Patent number: 5380140
Abstract: A material handling apparatus and methods for transporting and manipulating headstones are provided. The apparatus consists of a mobile carrier having a frame and a bed member pivotally attached thereto that is adapted to carry and support a headstone thereon. The bed member is pivotable between a horizontal position wherein it is carried on the frame of the mobile carrier to a position wherein it is perpendicular to the mobile carrier frame by a manually operated hydraulic cylinder. A support foot is attached to the end of the bed member to support the bottom of a headstone when the bed member is in the perpendicular position. The position of the support foot may be selectively adjusted with respect to the end of the bed member to enable the headstone to be placed on objects located at various heights above the ground level. A removable water-tight container is also provided for hauling concrete solutions or crushed gravel.
