Abstract: A drywall bead cutting tool includes pivotable handles, a blade movable along a defined blade path, and a bead-receiving channel having a shaped cross-section corresponding to a drywall bead profile. An adjustable anvil is positioned beneath the bead-receiving channel for a plurality of cutting angles. A mechanical linkage operatively connects the handles to the blade to drive the blade through the bead-receiving channel during actuation. The tool may include a ratcheting blade-advance mechanism having a plurality of fixed blade-indexing stops and a pawl arm configured to sequentially engage the stops to advance the blade in discrete increments. A biasing element may return the pawl arm to a default position after each increment. A length-stop surface defines a repeatable cut length for each cutting operation.

Abstract: An object processing system is disclosed that includes an object induction station at which objects are provided for processing, said object induction station including an in-feed conveyor system and at least one perception unit for providing perception data regarding an object, a plurality of destination locations that are arranged in a vertically and horizontally extending array of destination locations, and a carrier system for receiving at least two objects from the in-feed conveyor system of the object induction station and for moving the at least two objects together toward two different destination locations of the plurality of destination locations, the carrier system being adapted for movement in horizontal and vertical directions and including a set of at least two independently actuatable transfer systems such that the at least two objects may be deposited into each of the two different destination locations.

Abstract: The subject matter relates to a drywall bead press that is able to cut drywall at various angles. The anvil anchors the device to the dry wall, allowing the handle to be rotated to the desired angle. Once the desired angle has been chosen, the upper handle mechanically forces the blade into the drywall.
