Abstract: A furniture line comprised of a system of furniture manufacturing including, but not limited to tables and table-desks that are produced by skilled and unskilled labor with minimal supervision whereby adhesives are utilized in lieu of mechanical fasteners or connectors to produce an unlimited number of furniture models in unlimited variations of sizes, shapes, materials and finishes while maintaining a conceptual basis of relationships between components wherein the underside of every tabletop is configured to nest with the tops of one or more corresponding foam-core pedestals having one or more recessed bases and the perimeters of the recessed areas of the tabletops and the edges of the pedestal tops parallel and abut each other thereby facilitating nesting and wherein every table top may be installed without tools.

Abstract: An Electronic Proximity Alarm Device comprised of a housing that covers and protects one or more electronic and mechanical components that are assembled within the housing and that are electronically programmed in such manner as to wirelessly determine whether a Device worn by a habitual criminal on parole or probation is within given minimum allowable proximity of a potential victim that is wearing a corresponding Device, in which case an alarm is triggered for the purpose of notifying both users of the Devices as well as law enforcement agencies, law enforcement officers and corresponding third parties that a proximity breach is in progress at a specific place, in a specific direction and at specific distances from each of the corresponding Devices, thus activating immediate response, thereby possibly preventing a criminal act.

Abstract: The invention is an air-inflatable multi-wall multi-cell spheroidal-shell life raft that forms a shelter for occupants and that includes removable window covers to allow cross ventilation when desired and that is constructed of one or more air-or-gas-inflatable cells and/or air-or-gas-inflatable panels and contains an internal water-inflatable ballast tank located below an air-or-gas-inflated multi-cell floor cushion centered in the lowest point of the spheroidal shell thus providing the tank with the lowest center of gravity available within the shell. Key features new to the art are the inflatable spheroidal shape of the shell that forms the shelter enclosure, the water-inflatable internal ballast tank and the relationship of the shell to the ballast tank that insures that the raft will not capsize when occupants and their belongings are equally distributed within the raft.
