The foot placement foundation can have an incline of 15 or 20 degrees from horizontal, the apparatus can include an adjustment mechanism used to modify the incline in the foot placement foundation, and the side elements can be wedge-shaped. In addition, the front, back, and side elements can together include a flat bottom.
