  • Publication number: 20040178646
Abstract: An apparatus to assist in the collection of debris distributed over the ground. In one embodiment the apparatus comprises a hopper and a handle secured to the hopper. The hopper includes a bottom surface with at least one generally flat ground engaging portion. The hopper has a leading edge and a trailing edge. The handle is adapted to facilitate movement of the hopper along the surface area with the bottom surface of the hopper generally contacting the ground such that the leading edge of the hopper is forced into contact with debris distributed over the ground. The debris is then collected and directed into the hopper.
