    Abstract: An antenna which is particularly suited for use as an antenna for a radio, such as a cellular telephone, in a motor vehicle. The antenna includes a sheet of a flexible material, such as mylar, having a metal oxide coating on one side. The conductive strip is then connected to the radio whereupon the antenna operates as both a receiving and transmitting antenna.
