Abstract: A system, a method, and a computer program product for detection and extraction of data are disclosed. A query containing a filtering parameter for extracting changed data from a plurality of resources is executed. Using the filtering parameter, first data in the plurality of resources is identified. Based on the identified first data, second data stored in the plurality of resources and associated with the identified first data is identified. The identified first data is contained in a first resource in the plurality of resources and the second data is contained in a second resource in the plurality of resources. Based on the filtering parameter, a determination is made whether at least one of the identified first data and the identified second data contain at least one change. At least one of the identified first data and the identified second data from the plurality of resources is retrieved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure may provide a system and method for generating feeds and direct messaging in business systems. Generating a feed in a business system may include subscribing to a user, determining content associated with the subscribed user that is relevant for the feed and monitoring for changes to the content determined to be relevant for the feed. A determination may be made to determine which of the changes to the content determined to be relevant for the feed to include in the feed. A notification can be generated about the changes in the feed.

Abstract: Users of network-based collaborative applications can be notified in real-time based on workflow changes or notifications. In one embodiment, a persistent icon can be displayed that is visible from different pages in the application. The persistent icon can be visible from any page in the application on an application toolbar. When a notification or workflow request is posted, the persistent icon can be dynamically updated in real time, and without the need for refreshing the currently displayed view. Additionally, notification and workflow requests can be sent to multiple users simultaneously. When a notification or request is received, a counter can be incremented indicating a number of unread notifications or requests.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for checking the quality of articles to be checked, comprising a first inspection device which detects image data of a surface on the front side of the article to be checked and an evaluation device which evaluates the quality of the article to be checked based on the detection result of the inspection device. Abstract: The invention relates to a sheet guide element for use in an apparatus for transporting sheets by means of a gripper system having at least two grippers spaced apart from each other and a sheet guide surface defined by the sheet guide element. Here, the sheet guide element is provided with depressions in the sheet guide surface, running parallel to the transport direction, at least in some sections, in order at least partially to accommodate the grippers, so that the sheet guide surface described by the sheet guide element in the transport direction runs, at least in some sections, at the same height as the movement path of the sheet leading edge fixed in the gripper system.
