    Abstract: An electrosurgical device includes a distal end region, a proximal end region and a malleable or curved shaft extending between the distal and proximal end regions. A hand-piece is disposed at the proximal end region and a surgical tip with a rounded and tapered front area is positioned at the distal end region. The device includes a microdebrider. Radio frequency electrodes and bipolar electrodes are positioned at a bottom part of the distal end region spaced from the rounded and tapered front area. A heat-resistant upper surface is disposed at a top area of said surgical tip for separating the radio frequency electrodes and bipolar electrodes from overlying surface tissue.
