  • Patent number: 11592549
Abstract: Technologies for calibrating radars and tracking space objects. Some of such technologies enable a technique for calibrating a radar based on using -A- an elemental antenna (308), which can be embedded on a housing hosting a set of antenna elements, or -B- an antenna (146) mounted to a reflector. Some of such technologies enable a radar site containing a first 1D phased array (112) and a second 1D phased array (112), where the first 1D phased array sends a set of signals and receives a set of reflections based on the set of signals, and the second 1D phased array receives the set of reflections.

  • Patent number: 9984443
Abstract: A camera for polarimetric, multispectral imaging is described. Such cameras are used in photonics, computational imaging and multispectral imaging in which both multispectral and polarimetric sensing modalities are used simultaneously for detection, recognition and identification. The camera enables multiple spectral images to be recorded simultaneously using polarizing beamsplitters and mirrors to divide the image according polarimetric and spectral bands. These multiple, polarized images are recorded on a single focal plane array (FPA) simultaneously. An image processor allows for the resolution of the subsequent image to be improved.

  • Publication number: 20060220744
Abstract: A Doherty power amplifier is provided that includes a main amplifier device and an auxiliary amplifier device. The Doherty power amplifier further includes a phase compensation network. The phase compensation network is configured to maintain a substantially constant phase of one of an output signal from the main amplifier device or an output signal from the auxiliary amplifier device across a range of input powers. The Doherty power amplifier further includes an impedance inverter for power combining an output signal of the main amplifier device with an output signal of the auxiliary amplifier device.
