  • Publication number: 20220125293
Abstract: A device (100) for measuring ocular microtremor (OMT) of a patient's eye, comprises a light source (10) for illuminating a target area of the eye with a light beam. The device also comprises a detector (20) arranged to detect scattered light from the interaction of the light beam with the target area of the eye. The device further comprises a focusing lens (30) arranged to collect the scattered light for the detector, and a port in a wall of the device through which the light beam can exit the device and/or through which the scattered light can enter the device. The device is configured to stabilise and/or support the device on or against a patients head. A method of measuring microtremor of an eye is also provided.

  • Patent number: 4731308
Abstract: A mechanical component for electrochemical batteries having porous members. A disc has two or more circular grooves in one side. The grooves are intended to accept the porous members and an electrode member of the battery. The opposite side of the disc has one or more radial channels which intersect with the circular grooves. When used in a battery, the component facilitates distribution of electrolyte, while also minimizing electrolyte leakage between cells.
