    Abstract: A protective covering assemblage is releasable secured to a post extending from the ground. Protection means are mounted on and supported by a top portion of the post so as to cover at least a portion of the post which would be grazed by a passing vehicle. The protection means are rotatable mounted on the post and are made from a material which avoids damaging a vehicle when the vehicle comes into contact with the protection means.
