  • Patent number: 8944104
Abstract: A hydraulic pilot control unit includes at least one pressure control valve that can be controlled by means of an actuating device. The pressure control valve includes a control piston connected to a stem by means of a neck. The stem has a resilient operative connection to the actuating device. The neck is fastened to the stem. Thus, the mass of the control piston, which tends to oscillate, is reduced compared to the prior art.

  • Publication number: 20110214751
Abstract: Pressure regulator device comprising a body (1), a minimum of a pressure reducer and a damper mounted in control and damping cavities, respectively, in the body (1), and a control member (4) pivoting on an upper face (10) of the body (1). The device is noteworthy in that the control and damping cavities have open ends in a peripheral face (12) of the body (1) and the control member (4) has parts (47) that are opposite the peripheral face (12) in order to face the open ends of the respective control and damping cavities, from which control (21) and damping pushrods, respectively, project. The present invention has an application us the hydraulic remote controls of civil engineering machines.

  • Patent number: 5164722
Abstract: An electric remote control device (20) includes sliding pushers (27) associated two by two and actuated from an actuating member. Each pusher is associated with a converter for generating an electric signal, a parameter of which is representative of the movement and/or position of the pusher and a signal processor (33) processes the signal produced at the output of the converter. The device provides for storing a defining equation between the position of the actuating member and the parameter of the output signal and the device includes a first storage unit (35) for storing the value of the parameter of the output signal of the converter when the actuating member is in a neutral position, corresponding to zero movement of the pusher, and a second storage (36) unit for storing the value of the parameter of the output signal of the converter when the actuating member is in an endmost position corresponding to maximum movement of the pusher.

  • Patent number: 5140320
Abstract: An electric remote control device (20), includes a metal body (25) containing sliding pushers (27) associated two by two and actuated from an actuating member (22). Each pusher is associated with a converter for generating an electric signal one parameter of which is representative of the movement and/or position of the pusher. A signal processor processes the signal collected at the output of the receiver. At the end of the metal body (25) opposite the actuating member is provided a metal base (35) through which pass the rods of the pushers (27) associated with the converter. At least one printed circuit board (40), supporting the electronic components, in particular those of the converter and the signal processor, is disposed substantially perpendicularly to the base (35) in the central zone thereof, between and/or along the rods of the pushers (27). Supports (39) made from heat conducting material are fixed for heat conducting to the base and support the printed circuit boards.
